What are happening with Venezuela right now?


     I know my blog has nothing to do with this, but I want the world to know that happens in my country of birth, I am Venezuelan, and it is very painful what happens in Venezuela right now, Venezuela was the richest country Latin America, and many people have no idea how it is now, this joournalist by TIME, Jorge Benezra, He encompassed very well throughout the crisis in Venezuela. This is a contribution to my native country, I want the world to know what really happens in an oil country with a leftist government:

Rings, Rings and more Rings!


Diferents Models, Diferents Materials, the same accessory.. Rings!



Here we have 2 differents models of Rings with the same materials, Gold Filled and Turquoise, the first one have the wire mix with the stone, and the second one have all the stone together as a spiral:





This Model, have stones all together and it's put as a spiral...




Now you can see 2 models, both we Nacar as a main Stone, but now you have Gold filled and Nickel Silver wire:

This model, was handmade with Nickel Silver, Alpaca Wire or German Silver wire


This is a ring handmade with gold filled wire

How make Pasta at Home?






It so easy to make pasta by yourself and its so delicious!



You only need:

2 eggs
220gr Flour
Salt
Olive Oil (if you want)




Direcctions:


      1. Put in a bowl the flour, eggs, salt and olive oil together, and until to make a homogeneous dough.


       2.  With the aid of a roller stretching the dough, until this to 0.5mm thickness



      3.  Then, fold several times until get the width of the dough easy to cut, then cut into strips of desired thickness


      4.   Open the strips and put all together


     5.  Make circles and let dry at ambient temerature, until it is hard as pasta we buy. If you want you can used instantly or you can store in the refrigarator up to a moth




      6.  And its ready to cut, put the pasta in boiling water for a few minutes. Its ready super fast!.. and eat with your favorite sauce!!



with those ingredients you get approx 500 gr pasta, can separate the portions!

Gnocchi without Gluten!







A good meal, can be very simple, I want to show you how to make a delicious gnocchi dish that! You can accompany with your favorite sauce! and make of something simple, a fabulous food! 

And it's perfect for people intolerant to gluten!!!


Ingredients:



  • 2 medium potatoes, or 3 small
  • 50 gr rice flour, o more (put flour untill you make small balls with tthe mass)
  • 2 teaspoon vegetal Oil
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Put the potatoes in boiling water to soften
  2. When they are soft draw water
  3. Crush very good the potatoes, wait until cooled
  4. Put the oil, salt and the rice flour, and mixture until you get a mass.
  5. Made with your hands little balls
  6. Put the little balls in boiling water.
  7. When the balls float, put out of the water and serve!



...are really delicious!!

Birthday Cake Strawberry and Chantilly

How you can make this?:




You can make this cake, by yousefl it so easy! you just need!


For the cake:

  • 10 Eggs
  • 300 gr Sugar
  • 300 gr Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon sal
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour, to put inte the cake mold ( 2 molds, medium and small)

To moisten the cake:

  • 1/2 cup Rhum
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup water

To filling and topping:

  • Chantilly and strawberrys



Directions:


The cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour into the 2 molds.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the 10 eggs and sugar about 10 min.
  3. Put the salt, vanilla in the mixture, beat for a few minutes more.
  4. Put slowly with a spatula the flour into the egg cream. 
  5. Put the mixture into the molds, and then put in the oven preheated.
  6. Let cool before decorating.
The filling and topping:

Beat the chantilly, and separte in 3 differents bowl, the first one paint with a soft pink, the second one paint with pink, and the last one put strawberrys cut in small pieces.

Now you can decorating:


cut the two cake in half, horizontally, put the chantilly with strawberry inside, and you can use your favorite decoration to cover the cake.
