What mans Gluten Free'?

   Gluten is a general name for the proteins found in wheat (wheatberries, durum, emmer, semolina, spelt, farina, farro, graham, khorasan wheat and einkorn), rye, barley and triticale – a cross between wheat and rye. Gluten helps foods maintain their shape, acting as a glue that holds food together. Gluten can be found in many types of foods, even ones that would not be expected.




What means Dairy-Free

     No regulatory definition exists for the term, dairy-free. That means that the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has not established any regulations regarding use of that terminology on package labels. Of course, the FDA does not allow the use of false and misleading terms in general on food labels. But without a regulatory definition in place, there can be no assurance that foods labeled as "dairy free" are in fact free from any milk proteins.


what means Eggless?

   This product no continent egg or any egg yolks, nothing that can be continent any part of the egg, some people are allergic to egg, mostly kids, so its necessary have alternative for them!

How make Pasta at Home?






It so easy to make pasta by yourself and its so delicious!



You only need:

2 eggs
220gr Flour
Salt
Olive Oil (if you want)




Direcctions:


      1. Put in a bowl the flour, eggs, salt and olive oil together, and until to make a homogeneous dough.


       2.  With the aid of a roller stretching the dough, until this to 0.5mm thickness



      3.  Then, fold several times until get the width of the dough easy to cut, then cut into strips of desired thickness


      4.   Open the strips and put all together


     5.  Make circles and let dry at ambient temerature, until it is hard as pasta we buy. If you want you can used instantly or you can store in the refrigarator up to a moth




      6.  And its ready to cut, put the pasta in boiling water for a few minutes. Its ready super fast!.. and eat with your favorite sauce!!



with those ingredients you get approx 500 gr pasta, can separate the portions!

Gnocchi without Gluten!







A good meal, can be very simple, I want to show you how to make a delicious gnocchi dish that! You can accompany with your favorite sauce! and make of something simple, a fabulous food! 

And it's perfect for people intolerant to gluten!!!


Ingredients:



  • 2 medium potatoes, or 3 small
  • 50 gr rice flour, o more (put flour untill you make small balls with tthe mass)
  • 2 teaspoon vegetal Oil
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Put the potatoes in boiling water to soften
  2. When they are soft draw water
  3. Crush very good the potatoes, wait until cooled
  4. Put the oil, salt and the rice flour, and mixture until you get a mass.
  5. Made with your hands little balls
  6. Put the little balls in boiling water.
  7. When the balls float, put out of the water and serve!



...are really delicious!!

Birthday Cake Strawberry and Chantilly

How you can make this?:




You can make this cake, by yousefl it so easy! you just need!


For the cake:

  • 10 Eggs
  • 300 gr Sugar
  • 300 gr Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon sal
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour, to put inte the cake mold ( 2 molds, medium and small)

To moisten the cake:

  • 1/2 cup Rhum
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup water

To filling and topping:

  • Chantilly and strawberrys



Directions:


The cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour into the 2 molds.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the 10 eggs and sugar about 10 min.
  3. Put the salt, vanilla in the mixture, beat for a few minutes more.
  4. Put slowly with a spatula the flour into the egg cream. 
  5. Put the mixture into the molds, and then put in the oven preheated.
  6. Let cool before decorating.
The filling and topping:

Beat the chantilly, and separte in 3 differents bowl, the first one paint with a soft pink, the second one paint with pink, and the last one put strawberrys cut in small pieces.

Now you can decorating:


cut the two cake in half, horizontally, put the chantilly with strawberry inside, and you can use your favorite decoration to cover the cake.

How make a 3 years old Birthday cake?




I want to show you, How you can make this Beautifull 3 Birthday cake:



Now this delicious chocolate cake, you need:


Ingredients:



Cake:


  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour, to put inte the cake mold ( 2 molds, size 30x12x7 cm)
  • 20 eggs
  • 300 gr sugar (1 and 1/2 cup)
  • 1 Tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 300 gr Flour less 3 teaspoon
  • 3 teaspoon cacao without sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanila
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Repeat this ingredients for the second mold!

Filling 1:
  • 5 teaspoon cacao
  • 300 gr black chocolate
  • 50 gr Butter
  • 200 gr Icing sugar
  • 180 ml Milk or less

Filling 2:
  • 200 gr cream cheese
  • 100 gr butter
  • 2 cups Icing sugar

Topping:

  • Chocolate Butter cream
  • white fondant

Details for decorating:

  • Chocolate chips
  • Colored sparks
  • Fondant designs ( you can make it by yourself or buy it!, I prefer make it)

Directions:


The cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour into the 2 molds. Mix together the flour, baking powder, cacao and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the 10 eggs and sugar about 10 min.
  3. Put slowly with a spatula the mizture made beafore into the egg cream. 
  4. Put the vanila and grated lemon zest, and to finished put the mixture into the molds.

Filling 1:

  1. put the black chocolate in a pot in water bath, put the butter,
  2. when the chocolate its totally melte put the others ingrdients, 
  3. Mix with encircling movements, when its ready, keep aside.

Filling 2:

  1. In the mixer bowl, beat cream cheese with butter, until get a homogeneous mixture
  2. put the Icing sugar into the cream, and mxture well, then put refrigerate.


Whe finish all this, you can star to decorate, firt made sure that the cake its a normal temperature, make three horizontal cuts, to fill with the filling 1 and 2. then, put some filling 1 above the cake, put the details and to finish, decorate the edges with white fondant and the chocolate butter cream, put "Happy Bithday" in your favorita language! and its ready!
